Product Information Enquiry - Known Issues

Item Not Found Error Message

Version Affected - 1.x

Sympton - A Product is searched for found and selected, or a Product is scanned. The error message 'Item not found' appears. However, the Product does exist and can be seen on the system in other modules such as the Stock Enquiry module and Sales Entry module.
Cause - This can be caused by the Product not having a default Sell Price. Every product requires a default sell price as a standard requirement.
Solution - Revise the Product to add in a Default Sell Price.
