Retail Sales Entry - Known Issues

Failure to update stock records

Version Affected - 1.x, 2.x, 3.0

Sympton - Stock server records not being created at the end of a transaction.
Cause - The Retail Sales Entry module cannot write to the Stock Server Client Transaction directory because the permissions aren't correctly set on the directory - this issue will only occur following following remedial action to rectify an operating system failure or changing Windows user rights.
Solution - Set the permissions correctly on the directory. If necessary re-export XML documents to update stock server.

NOTES
Problem does not raise an exception.
