Till Report - Session Summary - Configuration Options

Customising the appearance of the Session Summary Report

The till session summary report can be individually configured for each Epos terminal, both for reporting details and appearance.
    Reporting

  • In the Till Maintenance module first select a branch and then a terminal

  • Select the Report Options tab

  • Here you can select or de-select any of the print options depending on the information which you wish to see on your report. (See Till Report - Session Summary for a user guide to viewing and understanding the report)

Note: You can also configure the Head Office view of the Session Summary report independently to the Till view. If you select Head Office as your branch and Till 01 as your terminal the configuration settings you then select in report options will control the appearance of the report when viewed on the Head Office, irrespective of the report configuration for the terminal to which the report relates.

    Appearance

  • To configure the appearance of the report select Print Function Settings, Session Summary and click the Edit button

  • In the window which now appears you can first of all select the printer you wish the Session Summary to be sent to

  • If you select the OPOS printer you need to enter the LDN and select the print Station

  • You can now select the print options of Heading (Session Summary as viewed in the text box at the top of the window), barcode (not relevant to Session Summaries) and Logo (A logo must already be implemented for this to be effective)

  • Headers and Footers can also be applied to the report if required

Once the changes have been implemented and saved the relevant branches must be polled before they will take effect.
