Unable to Enter The Float

The till software will always ask the operator to enter a float at the beginning of a session. If you are not asked to enter the float at the beginning of the session please check the following -

Check the status of the current session by accessing the Session Summary reports on the Epos terminal in question. (See Till Report-Session Summary). The sessions are listed in date order and will show the date and time the sessions were started and ended.

If the end date is showing as current then a session is in progress, the user can only enter the float at the beginning of the session.

If there is no current session in progress please contact support@wintill.co.uk
