My Session Summary Report is Wrong

If you think that the session summary report details are incorrect firstly check that the start and end dates and times for the session are as you expect them to be. If you need a report for a certain date and the session doesn't cover this then run the Dated Summary instead. (See Till Report-Session Summary)

If the report does not look as expected or is not showing the correct details check the report configuration at Head Office (See Till Report-Session Summary-Configuration Options).

If the Expected figure and the Total figure differ please contact
