The Session Did Not End Correctly or My Report Did Not Print Out

If the user thinks that their last session didn't end correctly or didn't print out the Session Summary report you should firstly check the status of the current session by accessing the session summary reports for the Epos terminal in question. See Till Report-Session Summary. The sessions are listed in date order are will show the date and time the sessions were started and ended.

If the most recent session is still showing as current then the session is still in progress. The session can be ended as normal if this is required.

If the most recent session has been ended at the expected time but the report didn't print out just select the session you are interested in and click on print to re-print the report at any time.
