Tills Not Polling

If a branch or individual machine is not polling please check the following before contacting Support:

Check the
Polling Logs for the machine or branch in question.

Can you connect to the machine or communicate with the machine at all? If not:

- Ensure that the machine is physically on the network

- Ensure that you have a network connection

If you do have network access to the machine:

- Check that the polling is set up correctly,

If you have checked on all of the above and still cannot resolve the issue please contact Support.
