My Tills Are Polling But The Data Has Not Been Sent or Retrieved

If your tills appear to be polling correctly, and there are no communciation failures in either the Polling Logs or the Exception Manager, then you should firstly check on the following:

Is the Polling Operation set up correctly? Send and Retrieve operations can be actioned independently of one another, is the correct operation selected? See
Polling-Configuring Schedules

Has the Polling Operation completed, if a large amount of data is being transferred it can take a short while for the system to update.

If you are importing data from a 3rd Party ERP system check that the data has been successfully imported into the Head Office before polling the tills.
