Setting Up Reason Codes for Returned Items

Utilising reason codes when returning items allows you greater analysis of your returns and promotes good practice at the till point.

  • Access Pos Administration - Returns Reason.

  • The window shown above will open, enter the description for the reason code you wish to set up and click apply, this reason code will appear on the till screen when the user is making a return once the tills have been polled.

  • If you wish to amend an exisiting reason code select it from the drop down menu and simply amend the description and click apply
