The User is Unable to Access Certain Functions

If the function the user is trying to access is simply 'not there' or they are receiving an Unauthorised message when they select the function then it is likely that they are not authorised to use this particular function.

Each user only had access to the functionality to which they have been authorised. When a new user is set up you must allocate that user a security group which will have certain privileges allocated to it. The security groups can have privileges added or removed and user can be members of as many groups as you wish.

For more information on setting up and allocating groups and privileges see
User Security Settings

If a user is able to access the required functionality on one machine but not the other please ensure that the machine in question has the required licenses.
