Project Management
We can offer a complete project management service to any customer who
requires help implementing or upgrading their EPoS and/or stock control solution.
Everything from initial consultancy to onsite installation, staff training,
and organizing backup support can be handled by one of our team of dedicated professionals.
Project Management Services Include:-
- Consultancy
- Systems Analysis - to discover specific customer needs, and suggest other ways of automating current business practices.
- Software Recommendation - including operating systems and third party software packages as well as
choosing the WinTill® solution which best suits a particular customer's needs.
- Hardware Recommendation and Sourcing - we are able to provide hardware as required from all leading
manufacturers including Epson and IBM.
- Off Site Pre Configuration and Installation - we are able to provide machines pre configured with all software
installed ready for installation.
- On Site Installations - we can arrange for full on site installations to be carried out including installation
of network cabling and network access points, remote communications, and installation of any hardware supplied by us.
- Staff Training - we can arrange training sessions for staff members on all WinTill® products.
