Support

We are able to provide a telephone support package for all of our software products. Generally telephone support is available six days per week(Mon-Sat) between 09:00AM and 06:00PM excluding bank holidays, however, support at other times can be arranged if required at additional cost.

Support is offered at two levels:-
  • Telephone Only - operators are available to discuss problems and general functionality issues.
  • Telephone plus Remote Connection - operators can not only discuss issues but also access a customer's machine, using third party communication software, in order to rectify problems or show the user on screen how to acheive a specific task. If necessary complete machine reinstallations can be carried out with this level of support.
